Where I come from
I was born and mostly raised in the Salt Lake Valley. From about age seven to fifteen, much of my free time was spent on my aunt and uncle’s cattle ranch in Idaho, living and working alongside them.
A ranch teaches you things a classroom can’t. The work gets done before you rest. Your word is only as good as what you do next. And problems never get smaller when you ignore them.
The work gets done before you rest.
Before real estate
Before I ever held a license, I worked call centers, sales floors, and blue-collar jobs. Those years taught me how to listen to people when they’re frustrated, how to earn trust quickly, and how to respect the people who build and fix the places we live.
I bring every one of those lessons to the table when I’m negotiating for you.
What I do now
I’ve been licensed and practicing for nearly six years, and I’m part of The Perry Group, the largest real estate team in Utah. My focus is the luxury and move-up market across the Salt Lake Valley and Park City.
That looks like helping families sell and buy at the same time without the timing falling apart, helping buyers find the right second home in the mountains, and helping lot owners explore builder partnerships that can be worth far more than a straight land sale.
How I work
The truth about your number
I’ll tell you what the market will actually pay, backed by data, even when it isn’t what anyone hoped to hear.
Systems, not luck
Every client gets the same structured process, from the first questionnaire to the closing table, so nothing important depends on memory.
Your priorities stay first
What you tell me matters at the start is still what matters at the closing table. It doesn’t get lost halfway through the deal.
